Mike is a strategist, designer, technologist, storyteller, and entrepreneur who has spent his career building things, brands and products, teams and companies. He co-founded KM more than 15 years ago around a simple idea: bring good people and different disciplines together to solve meaningful problems and create real value.
His work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and business. He has started and grown companies, advised leaders and organizations, and worked hands-on across brand, software, film, emerging technology, and growth—often all in the same day. It’s given him a perspective that connects what gets made with how organizations lead, operate, grow, and adapt.
Around KM, his role is equal parts creative instigator, strategist, problem solver, mentor, and occasional mad scientist. He still likes being close to the work—whether working through a business problem, shaping an idea with a client, prototyping with AI, or sitting alongside the team figuring out how to make something better.
Mike cares deeply about helping people grow, building things that matter, and exploring where technology is taking us—without losing sight of the people it should ultimately serve.
When he’s not at KM, you’ll likely find him with his family, working on something at the farm, chasing another idea, or somewhere down a late-night research and writing rabbit hole.
